“I have been working with Pati for the last 4 months and in just a short period of time I have gained muscle, lost fat, increased my stamina, and significantly improved my mental health.  I played tennis competitively growing up and suffered a herniated disc in my lower back that required surgery approximately 10 years ago, so I really wanted to find a personal trainer who had experience in not just fitness and nutrition but also working with client who had injuries.

When I met Pati, who was referred to me by our neighbor and is also one of her current clients, I was at a low point in my life.  I hadn’t exercised for quite some time, I had a terrible diet, and was feeling depressed.  Depressed because I lost quite a few important people, including my favorite dog, in my life.  I kept asking myself when I was going to get that moment of motivation, that desire to get up off the couch, and when was I going to feel better because I didn’t want to continue down the negative path I was on.  I took a chance, contacted her, scheduled a consultation all of which took a lot of courage at the time (which I didn’t think I had anymore) and I’m so glad I did as she has changed my life in such an amazing way.

She has been genuinely interested in helping me in all areas of my life.  She has helped me focus on increasing muscle mass, lowering fat, flexibility, balance, water intake, eating nutritious foods all of which has improved my physical and mental wellbeing.

She has an incredible way of gradually and safely improving my fitness and health.  She makes recommendations on change and doesn’t judge when I slip up.  I’ve had personal trainers in the past that created rigorous workouts and meal plans that were impossible to follow for more than just a few months, so I was constantly going up and down in weight.  Her focus is long term health, building skills to implement over time and ultimately, for me to make good choices moving forward.

She’s highly educated, qualified, and certified in health, fitness, nutrition, and psychology.  Her education, experience and positive outlook has made all the difference for me.  She is also a great listener and has assisted me with everything from body composition to hormones, inflammation, and cortisol levels.   Thanks to Pati, my new perspective is now focused on feeling healthy and eating for nutritional reasons and not just simply losing weight and improving my appearance.  My mental attitude has improved and much of my confidence has returned.  I still have a long way to go but I’m certain I will get there with Pati’s guidance and support.”
