SLEEP COACHING

During sleep, your brain sends toxins out of your cells and brings in nutrients to replenish the cells. While sleeping your brain cleanses itself up to ten times faster than when awake. Poor sleep is associated with a lower cortisol awakening response (CAR), which leaves you tired and can increase inflammation.

 

NUTRITION COACHING

Using nutritional education as a primary tool, holistic nutrition emphasize the process of building health by approaching you as a unique individual. This requires fully engaging your health recovery process to chart a course to optimal health. This includes suggestions for improving lifestyle, managing stress, meal plans for improved weight, mood, and energy.

We are a social species, and connection nourishes our minds and souls. Connection helps us shift into a parasympathetic “calm and connect” mode, a mode where we also rest, repair, and digest.
